Makeup For Your Age: Middle School

Many people ask me whats right for school, work etc, and wahts right for their age. I'm creating three posts, for middle school, high school, college work, and mature skin to help each and every one of you out, no metter what your demographic!

Middle School is generally when students start wearing makeup. First and formost, I'd say to shape your brows! dont fill them in, and you dont have to tweeze (if you do have a mom, older sis, or pro do it) but make sure you shape them! comb them into place, it makes you look so poised! Also, you can start with mascara. Just a light brown on your uper lashes, that really opens up your eyes! thats really all you should need for your first year of middle school to look gorgeous, but as time goes on you can start adding some other touches.

Once you've mastered the 6th grade tips, you can turn them into a 7th grade fabulous faced look. Using the same two tips above, you can start by adding a lip gloss. Try something in sheer colors, I really like victorias secret and bath and body works. You can also lightly fill in those brows with a color similar to yours IF YOU NEED IT, but make sure you practice! You should also be getting your eyebrows tweezed or waxed by a mom, friend or pro to avoid any unibrow :)

8th grade is that last year, where you've almost transitioned. Along with your daily musts, id say add light, neutral toned eyeshadows, maybe some light colored lip gloss as opposed to sheer, and if you NEED it, a facial product. Dont use face makeup unless you reallllyyy need it, but if you do, make sure you EMBRACE YOUR NATURAL BEAUTY! Here is how I do it!

1. Sunscreen and moisturizer are SO essential! make sure you apply that first to get your powder to stcik.
2. You can also do a moisture or acne face primer!
3.Once your face is ready, you can add a fine powder with a big brush to stick the powder to the wet base, creating the look of flawless natural skin with benefits for you, adn stil showing your beauty!

heres a video on how to do it:

I really hope this helps you, and if you arein highschool, college, working, or have mature skin, be sure to head back to the blog for posts for YOUR skin!
