Makeup For Your Age: Work
Many people ask me whats right for school, work etc, and whats right for their age. I'm creating three posts, for middle school, high school, college work, and mature skin to help each and every one of you out, no metter what your demographic!
If you've got mature skin, you may not want to rock the same techniques others like! This post will address the main issues, and help you look flawless no matter what your worries are!
Foundation seeping into Fine Lines/Wrinkles in skin can be so annoying! Try using powders without shimmer, so they dont settle in lines or wrinkles. Be sure to use a foundation that blends smoothly, and a very natural face primer to hold everything in place! I have heard that dewy foundations work best on mature skin for a natural look, matte can look completely plastic, but do what looks best on your skin! These videos may help you :)
"Feathering" and "Bleeding" can be extremely frustrating when you want to rock a bright color on your lips, not the rest of your face! My biggest tip for this would be to outline your lips with a thick concealer, and then fill in your lips with the color of your choice. This concealer on the outside will fill those featherlines, and keep your lipstick in place!
Fill In Those Eyebrows!! There is no better way to brighten up your face than shaping or fillin in your brows, and applying some mascara! It is an everyday must, and completely opens up your eyes!
Dont forget to treat those fine lines, wrinkles, and under eye bags! getting rid of them is the best way to look flawless. This is a masque i love for my acne, but it is all natural, and great for wrinkles, exima, rosacia, puffy skin, and tightens and adds radiance!
Last but not least, PLEASE make sure you get a good night's rest!!! rest is SO IMPORTANT for your beauty, to heal your skin, and make YOU look awake! Here are my tips for getting to sleep :)
