Here are some fun ideas:
#1 Try a bright red short-sleeved Vneck shirt in a linnen-like texture with a darker red pencil skirt with a shiny, rayon silky texture. Top it off with black or nude heels/accessories....and if you prefer even a black belt.
#3 Mix a bright orange long sleeved shirt (like styleceo.com's Mrs long sleeve shrug in Orange Spice for 29 $) with a long red and ruffled skirt, perhaps with pleats and a string tie belt. Finish off the look with accessories that match. Yellow shades go perfectly with yellow studded shoes and a yellow studded clutch OR purse- this awesome desighn lets you choose! and feel free to go "strapless"with your handbag for a day! Use the clutch during the daytime, and break one of the 10 FASHION RULES YOUR SHOULD BREAK.
#4 Deep and rich pieces work on most everyone, and compliment each other as well. Grab yourself a dark purple flowy t shirt and pair it with some light blue shorts. Dark blue heels make the look, and might we recommend Christian Loboutin? The red soles go PERFECT for color blocking outfits! Match them to a thin red belt, and add a handbag- again in the dark navy blue. You're blocked and ready to go!
#5 Fierce colors too much for your style? Try color blocking with some neutrals to rock the trend without making necks bend. Try a blush or kakhi pair of shorts, something colorful yet neutral, and pair it with a bright, vibrant shirt, perhaps a dark yet lively purple v neck shirt. Slip on some color rich heels, reds, yellows, baby blues or bright greens would all look good, such as the ones pictured from harajuku girls. Top it off with a small bright bracelet, or other accenting jewelry. Its color blocking with things you probably already have, and subtle enough for the conservatives to venture out and wear :)
#6 Looking for something you can do office or lunch in? Try a bright knee length dress in any eye popping color. Go for bright shoes across the color wheel, and optionally add tights. Slap on some neutral Jewelry and a black blazer- you're ready to go! Dont forget sunglasses and perhaps a opnytail. The pulled back doo is always sleek :)
